I have had excellent service from Ted Eastman in processing my paperwork for a reverse mortgage. He has kept me apprised of the process as it has progressed, so I could submit additional needed items in a timely manner. I appreciate not having to wonder if my submissions arrived.

At this point, the only issue we experienced was the appraisal issues. 1) The appraiser was two hours late. 2) He seemed to be irritated with the way his day was going. 3) He spent all of 10 min taking photos. 4) I advised his as to EXACTLY where the crawl space entry was and stated that he was unable to locate it and refused to do the inspection required. 5) I had to hire another contractor to complete the appraisal. 6) Jerry Jones was a wonderful person to deal with and went out of his way assist in getting questions answered and getting situations resolved.

I was shopping around for a reverse mtg. and contacted One Reverse because of a great experience with one of their Mtg. people back in 2016. The individual I reached was a pressure/pushy sales person with very poor listening skills and completely turned me off. During the process of pursuing the loan with another institution Mike O'Leary contacted me and convinced me to give them another try. The communication was excellent, process clear, understanding my needs/desires completely--simply a pleasure to work with. Leni Burris handled dotting all the I's and did a fabulous job.
