Hello Andrea, Thank you for the review. We understand that this service outage is frustrating. We have been providing this service for over 4 years and this is the first issue we're having with it. The current outage is beyond our control and all of our customers that don't want to wait for us to fix the service have been offered a refund. Please feel free to write into our support if you need a refund or would like help of any kind. We apologize for this service currently being down and any frustration this has caused. Unfortunately the problem is not in our control and if we don't get updates, then we can't provide updates. Again, thank you for the review, we are sorry that our service didn't measure up.

Hello Lara. We're sorry to hear you had the trouble you did with our service. Our SIM cards require a balance to work, the SIM needs to have funds on it to work properly. Our BANK PEN service is a special PEN we sell on the website that is meant to receive short code. Normal PENs will not work for this. Hello Ben, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you had such a frustrating time with our service. In our investigation we only see 2 tickets created for Support and do not see any "Blackmail" from our agents. Looking at the tickets that are in the system, we only saw that your questions were answered professionally and promptly. One ticket was from a chat session where you used up your data package and that triggers per MB usage (at a higher effective per MB rate) if there are still funds available on the SIM or automatic recharges. We are sorry that you didn't understand this, but this can't be refunded since cannot control if you are using data. We do have controls available on our site to avoid additional charges and use of data, but you didn't deploy these measures. The other ticket was your asking for a refund for a service that you bought by accident (seemingly) and that was promptly refunded. Again, we are very sorry you had such a negative experience. but we cannot understand this "blackmail" you refer to and seem to suggest is included here? Please provide more information so we can investigate further. UPDATE: Thank you for providing more information. Hello, Thank you for your review. We tried to investigate your issue, but we are unable to find your information or support interactions. We would like to understand your situation better. Our SIM cards use a variety of carriers and their services in those countries. Our SIMs are able to use 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G speeds depending on where you are located and what services are available in those locations. The speed of our SIM card has everything to do with where in the world the SIM is located, and the capability of your device in which you use our SIM We know it can be very frustrating when technology doesn't work the way we expect it. While we weren't able to nail down your specific problem, we would love to hear more so we can fully investigate. UPDATE: Thank you for letting us know you used this in Cancun, MX. Again, we cannot find any customer named keng, we don't know what device you were using, we cannot find any support tickets for keng. Please help us understand who you are and the problem you encountered. It is very possible you were in an area of poor coverage. In MX we use TelCel for service (TelCel is the best network in MX). This service is available at 2G, 3G. and 4G speeds. If your device is able to use the MX bands for 4G service, then you should have received 4G speeds. But there are many factors that play into the speed of the data connection. Again, we are sorry you had a difficult time and that the speed was not what you might be used to.
