I have been a OneSimCard customer since 2010. I got my original SIM card for free after the United Mobile Global SIM was discontinued. I used the OneSimCard service for over 5 years now and I’m very satisfied. The service is very robust and I never had a problem with coverage and getting signal. The OneSimCard company keeps adding features to their products (like PEN) and lowering their rates. Anywhere I travel these days, I can stay in touch with either free incoming calls (on the card +372 number) or 20 cents/minutes if I receive or forward my calls on my US number. That is HUGE. This way, I don’t need my contacts to call a new number and I don’t have to worry about huge roaming costs anymore. Another nice feature is the email address attached to the SIM card. You receive SMS initiated over email. This is great for flight notifications an alike. In short, I recommend this product for anyone who is travelling internationally, even if only once or twice a year. Eric.

I purchased the card for my wife to use in Taiwan. I spent hours setting it up on her phone, studying international dialing formats. The card didn't work. I contacted customer service and they said things along the lines of "we show you are connected to a network - maybe try this dialing technique, or this...etc." Never worked. Wasted $75. They wouldn't refund a dime. When I called the customer service rep to try to reach a compromise, he said that since the card was used (about $2 of the $50)...my wife was able to make an international call to the U.S. from Taiwan, but unable to make or receive local calls in Taiwan)...no refund would be provided. I told him politely that I was dissatisfied with his unwillingness to negotiate. He (Yuri) hung up on me and then refused to answer my calls.

This is a great option for any international travel. I have used it on trips to England and will be using it for my next travels. Great customer support if there are problems with service etc. Would highly recommend.

Great value and helps me save a ton of money when i travel!

I was meeting my mother in London and she was flying in by herself. She is not too technologically savvy so I wanted to make sure her phone was set up and worked before she left. The SIM card worked great in an old (OLD) Olympia Viva phone. She was in London and Paris with me and I was able to call her very easily. Also, our family back home was able to call her US number for free and easily so we could set up Skype sessions. For some reason, her Estonian (372) number was going directly to voicemail whenever we first tried to call it, so we had to use the US PEN number we attached to the phone. A few days later the Estonian number began to work though. Either way, I never had a problem communicating with her.

I use it all the time when I'm travelling abroad. The voice and data charges are unbeatable among similar poducts and it has worked very well in over 30 countries where I used it already. Higly recommended!
