HOBO Data Loggers & InTemp Monitoring SolutionsReviews of onsetcomp.com

Very good service. High quality products. The InTempConnect platform is a bit tricky to use and learn could be more intuitive

This is my second experience with them, and they are consistently courteous, and products are shipped quickly. This particular experience I had to return an item and exchange it for another, and the process was much smoother than I thought it would be. Onset is great!

Good service, prompt shipment.

Technical sales support during ordering. I experienced online purchase with my credit card. I called Hobo Tech Support and he walked me through my order. Afterwards, he assisted me with using my MX1104 data logger.

First, the "I am not a robot" function did not work so I could not make the purchase online. I tried several times over multiple days. This has happened before. I called and Christopher Butler was understanding and very helpful taking the order online. Five stars for Christopher. Two stars for the web manager.

Brett and Andrew are fantastic. Their knowledge, kindness and quick response time has kept us sticking with Onset as new technological innovations rapidly evolve. Thank you!

Phone app for HOBO datalogger should be backward compatible to older model phones. All other apps I use work well, but the tech told me that play store requires them to update the app to only meet newer phone standards. Makes no sense.

One word Andrew. We have been ordering with Andrew for the last few years and he has been great at recommending products and supporting them after the sale.
