I received excellent service from everyone at Onset Computer. This includes: the sales/technical person I talked with -- Andrew Thompson the person who processed the payment -- Kathy Rogers the person who processed the invoice -- Lynn MacLeod. Special thanks to Andrew for his guidance and suggestions. Also, the Onset crew put together custom equipment in short order. I could not be more pleased with my service.

This product just works....exceedingly well. Now that I've tried the bluetoth, I just need my phone. My only wish is that the graphs would be larger. (Printed 8.5 x 11) The legend box should be an option or below the graph.

Loved the service! The loggers I needed were backordered, but I needed them desperately for a current project. Onset staff coordinated and were able to get me all 3 loggers out the same day for arrival to me on the West Coast next day. As a result, I was able to deploy the loggers in the early timeframe my customer was looking for. Great job!

During the trouble shooting the Tech was very helpful. We had determined the issue very quickly and discovered the logger was bad. We had ordered a new one and received it in about four days. If there was one part of the process that was a little trying was the Techs working from home and the call back process other wise everything was good.
