Chase was very quick to help me with my questions. He even went out of the way to create a video to walk me through the steps. I’ve chatted with the support team many times at OP and appreciate how consistent and helpful the team is. Not to mention they’re always very friendly.

Thanks for the 5 stars! We'll pass your message along to Chase and the rest of the team. 😊

I've been an Ontraport customer since 2012 and their software has been the backbone of several of my businesses. The system is incredibly flexible, and far more than most marketing automation systems. Best of all, the support I've gotten from the team has been phenomenal. Definitely recommend.

Ontraport's helpdesk has helped me so many times in a quick and efficient manner. I've worked with so many different help desks on other platforms I use and none of them come close to the level of service you get with Ontraport. I recently had an issue with integrating a different platform and the other company's support desk could not help me... Ontraport resolved my issue in about 5 minutes. I highly recommend

Hi Summer! Sorry you couldn't get help with the integration from the other platform but we're glad we could assist you! Integrations can sometimes be tricky but thankfully we have a team of pros. Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback!
