Hi N Dantzig, Thanks for leaving us a review. We *really hope* you feel rewarded for your participation in our studies. We realize everyone's time is valuable and we don't want our panelists to feel like they aren't actually moving the dial by contributing their insights. You are influencers! And we want to pay you for your time while also giving back to nonprofits. Thanks so much for being our panelist and I hope you're staying safe during the pandemic. Best, Ryan

Hi Elizabeth, Thanks for leaving us a review! You're awesome! We try to reward our panelists fairly and if there is ever an issue we go to great lengths to resolve it. We also strive to give our clients the best and most reliable data--thus the extended payout delay. If there's anything we could do better, please let me know. Send me an email at [email protected]. Thanks again for being our member. Best wishes and stay safe, Ryan

Hi Phillis, Thanks for leaving us a candid review. We apologize for our payout scheme if it hasn't worked in your favor. We pay out panelists after they've reached $10 in the previous month's period. So, for example, if you reach $10 by January 31, you'll be paid out on March 1. Our average panelist qualifies for around 1 in 4 surveys, but this varies based on a lot of user-supplied information like household income, profession, employment status, age, gender, and more. Our clients typically define those criteria so we don't always have control of who qualifies. Let us know how we can do better. Feel free to contact me personally at [email protected]. Thanks again! Best, Ryan
