Nurse Practitioner was on time for Appt and has a lovely welcoming smile. She's very knowledgeable and asked specific questions due to my recent use of the medication. Her instructions were clear and specific as well. Excellent Experience!

My meds were 1day delayed using fedex. By the time I received them , they were warm. I need a refund or new shipment. I wiil not use the warm meds mailed to me

I like the ease and how quickly provider responded to my needs. But connection wasn’t the greatest. Wish that was a little better. May have been my cell service. But she said she could hear me well. May do video next time. Otherwise a very easy interaction.

Would like more information why it took my last medication order to get here so long. Also after the third dose that I wasn’t able to do my assessment and order a visit on the day I finished my third dose.
