The nurse practitioner was engaging
The nurse practitioner was engaging, thorough and very nice. We weren’t able to get into a video waiting room, but once we called the number they got a phone audio visit from the NP. I wish I’d remembered her name but she was very nice

First video chat and it was a great interaction. My Dr was very pleasant and personable. She explained everything to me and presented in a way I could completely understand. Very sweet. Looking forward to getting started.
