Purchased a belt over 2 months ago, money was taken instantly but haven't heard anything since. Up until 2 weeks ago the order was still marked as "processing," which was the exact same status it was after they charged my card. Since then their website has gone down, so I can't check my order status. Haven't heard anything since and they haven't responded to any of my emails. Finally had to submit a fraud charge with my bank. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Are you joking? I placed my order almost two weeks ago and never even received confirmation, despite the money being taken promptly from my account. They don't respond to emails, their phone number is non-functioning, and their website isn't even up any more (all pages on the site lead to an error code). This is ridiculous. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal and my bank. Do not trust this company.

I have bought many different belts but the ones I have gotten from Orion are the best. The quality of materials and the workmanship is great. They are usually made to order so they might take a little longer than off the shelf belts that other companies sell but Orion’s are of much better quality. You will be getting the best craftsmanship available and good durability at a very fair price. Oh yes, and as an added bonus, their belts will stop your pants from falling down

Unfortunately, Robyn. You keep saying the belt was the correct size. Why then, when we ordered 2 belts the same size..one fit and the other was 5 inches off. That just makes no sense. And no I did not forget to post the other emails. The issue came when you seemed to ignore my emails and then I found so many other people struggling with the same issues on this site. This is when alarm set in. The sad truth is you guys have an alarming religion online. I simply missed it before I ordered. 4/18/2019: UPDATE: They finally did refund the money on the belts returned--not shipping of almost $15 though. Still will never do business or recommend them to anyone. ORIGINAL COMMUNICATION This place should be shut down!! I purchased two belts--the same size. One fit and the other was over 5" from fitting. They sent another belt and it was still 5" from fitting. In the email I have pasted, they agreed that if I sent back the 2 belts they would refund my money BUT after I spent almost $15 returning the belts (they do not pay for return shipping--even when it is their fault) they then are no longer responsive to emails and there is no way to call them. They now have the belts and have not refunded my money. VERY UNETHICAL AND DECEITFUL COMPANY--DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AND TAKE HEED TO ALL THE REVIEWS THAT SAY THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE PRODUCT OR GIVE YOU A REFUND--THEY ARE THIEVES.By the way this sight would not allow their email address to be included infoatorionleathercompany My last response to them on getting the belts in the mail: Thank you. Here are the emails you failed to post. You said the belt measured 37". I sent you a diagram showing an example of how to measure for the correct size. I took your word, and told you to keep the other belt, (as I thought it was our mistake) and sent you another belt, making sure it was the correct size 40" before it was sent. You emailed, and again said it was wrong. THEN, I said to send back both belts, and asked what size you would like instead. You asked for a refund. When both belts arrived back, we measured them, and they were BOTH a size 40. The return was received by me on April 2nd. Your money was refunded on the 5th. I don't know what else you expect? My order took just over a month, which wasn’t clearly communicated on the site. They were a bit slow to respond to email, but did get back to me about my order status. The quality is outstanding and I can’t recommend them enough. Just be aware that everything is made to order and it’s probably going to take some time to get it.

It looks like I will have to put in a claim through PayPal. I ordered a belt over two weeks ago and never received any email confirmation of my order or shipping date. And they have not responded to my attempts to contact them. It really seems like they have gone out of business.

Belt was charged to my CC on 1/21/19 four weeks before shipping. Very slow to ship. Took a full 4 weeks. Received 2/22/19. Otherwise product received as ordered and satisfactory.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a belt and exchanged the size - paid the shipping costs back, put the form in, all well within 30 days. Over 1 and a half months later - no response. They GHOSTED me. No refunds, no contact, no belt. They literally took my money and just ignored the customer. Stay far away from this company. Terrible PEOPLE. I am disputing with both my bank and paypal to get my money back, and will forever be saying bad things and WARNING people of this company. Every other review you see here about no response is EXACTLY what you are going to get.
