The customer service has been delightful though there has been some mistakes with the back type of the earrings I initially chose. They quickly rectified the mistake and were very open, communicating on every step of the making process. The final result is wonderful! Looking forward to enjoy these earrings for a lifetime.

I reached out to Ouros after reading so many positive reviews, hoping to finally get a custom setting for a larger stone. After four disappointing experiences with other jewelers , Dhruv went above and beyond—quick responses, detailed CAD renderings, and exceptional service every step of the way. I’m already planning more projects now that I’ve found a jeweler I can truly trust.
