Ouros JewelsReviews of ourosjewels.com

Very quick response to all emails , everything he said he was going to do ,or was asked to do, he did . I’ve ended up with lab grown diamond earrings , that are of great quality, with an independent certification of their quality ,for 70% of the cost else were. I totally recommend this company. Thanks guys.

I have a ring from here and i was happy with that one 😁. A beautiful light blue (dark blue in some light) marquise cut lab diamond set in yellow gold with some details on the bands shoulder. The time was like a month so it did not take that long. The only thing that was a little bumer was that the engraving was missing and also the jewelry certification but I can understand, they hade alot to do. I am still happy with my ring and it is so sparkly and gorg!

Excellent service and product!!! ❤️👍🏼

I discovered Ouros Jewels through researching some forums about purchasing an ethical diamond ring as a gift for my wife. Vijay was very observant and understanding of the kind of ring I wanted to design. He helped draft the CADs and made sure I was completely satisfied before proceeding with the order, and although I was hesitant about paying to a company in advance without receiving a product, I had no reason to be. It went absolutely fine and I got exactly what I ordered. Vijay had sent videos of the ring while it was being made and also diamond test videos to verify its authenticity remotely. Suffice to say that I also came to the same conclusion when I had it tested at my local jewellers. The service was above and beyond for me because I had planned a trip to Paris, and seeing as this was my first time ordering a ring in this manner, I had no idea about the turnaround time, but it didn't look likely for me to get the ring in time prior to my trip. Vijay really pulled out all the stops to get my order processed and delivered to the point that he was emssaging me on WhatsApp worried about whether it had arrived on my behalf! Luckily, it arrived in time with a few days to spare and my wife loves the ring. So thank you Vijay and Ouros Jewels as I'm sure my wife will trasure this ring for a very long time.

I had a custom 3D .STL file that I need printed in wax. It was large. Ouros Jewelry was the best choice. Vijay Sarkheliya provided excellent service, great communication, extremely reasonable prices, superior quality and detail. I highly recommend them.

The ring I ordered from Ouros was delivered in a timely fashion, and what was best about the entire process and experience was that Vijay was in communication with me every step of the way. He informed me about what was happening at every stage of making the ring, and that in itself gave me a peace of mind knowing that I can rely on him, and my decision to order online for a diamond ring. And speaking of the ring...the quality is BRILLIANT, 100% what was promised by Ouros in terms of gold, diamonds, design, size, and quality, and just a beautiful ring!!!! Ouros most definitely gotten a loyal customer from henceforth, and I will surely come back to purchase more!! Thank you so much Vijay for a wonderful experience, and making my anniversary that much more special with the beautiful ring made by you and your team!!

The ring they custom made for me with heart shaped prongs was GORGEOUS when i received it!!! It is absolute perfection and they updated me through the whole process and also accommodated me for the shipped as i was anxious about usps shipping I DEFINITELY recommend them 🥹❤️

I have nothing but praises for Vijay and his team. I have purchase a pair of 1.5 TCW solitaire studs and they are absolutely beautiful. The sparkles, the fit, are just right! Vijay has been one of the most responsive and accountable seller ever. He never fails to attend to my inquiries, concerns, and feedback. I enjoyed the entire process, where he would confirm the order, show the CAD design and even took a video of the actual pair and did a diamond test to show the authenticity. I’ve been wearing the studs for a couple days now, and I enjoyed every moment of it. I used to not like studs, but this pair changed me. Thank you once again to OurosJewels for your excellent handiwork and world class customer service. Looking forward to doing business with you again 😊
