Ouros JewelsReviews of ourosjewels.com

I was really skeptical at first but the communication with Vijay was excellent. I was informed of the process every step of the way. They provided video links as well. The finished gem is sparkly and gorgeous. Could not be more happy with my Commitment ring. Highly recommended Ouros.

I’m very happy with the heart ring I purchased.

Beautiful ring, amazing communication and a quick process. Loved the videos of the finished product! Thank you Ouros :)

The owner and I have made amazing peices together. I've been a client for two years and we have made over 5 peices together. Every item was great.

Working with Vijay was once again WONDERFUL. His team designed a custom semi-mount exactly to the specifications I wanted. I always have online purchases authenticated just as a good practice. Once again, my local jeweler authenticated the diamonds as genuine lab grown diamonds. So for those leery of online diamond purchases, I can tell you this is my second purchase and both were authenticated as lab grown diamonds. I could not be happier with the amazing quality of the work! It's difficult to even capture the brilliance and sparkle of the diamonds. Simply put, just AMAZING!

The diamond is beautiful I think this is the third or fourth time that we buy from you and the quality is great. Thank you for arranging the shipping, everything went well, the tracking number changed because it’s delivered by a third party, but at the end everything was fine. Next time just let us know about the changes, deliveries services for Mexico can be awful that’s why we worry so much. Thanks

Genuinely couldn't have had a better experience. I sent Vijay several images of what I was wanting, gave him a budget and then he came back with centre stone options. Once the CAD drawings were confirmed it was probably 3 weeks before it shipped and then shipping was about a week. Finished rings are exactly as imagined and fit perfectly. The price point is amazing. This is actually my second purchase as I did a cheaper 'test' purchase to check quality...and so yeah the fact I went back sums it up I guess.

I had Vjay custom made me a 18k gold oval diamond trellis setting 3/4 eternity ring. While it took over two months from start to finish. It was well worth waiting for. Upon receiving it, I took it to a local gemologist to have it appraised. The item I received is exactly as described and promised, with amazing diamond qualities and shines beautifully. Its replacement value is also way above how much I purchased it for. I am very pleased with my experience. I have lost count how many items I have purchased from Vjay but I know this will not be my last. If you want excellent lab diamonds with affordable pricing, choose Ouros Jewels. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Vijay!
