Ouros JewelsReviews of ourosjewels.com

I can't explain how beautiful the custom made ring is. Just arrived today and way earlier than expected despite send through regula India post to Dublin. The manager and designer were very helpful and understanding on each request and always sharing feedback of each stage. Highly recommend Eurojewels.

Vijay was very professional, responded to messages quickly and delivered the product as expected. 10/10

I purchased 2 rings from Ouros. 1 was custom, it was quickly designed exactly to my request. Both rings arrived quickly and are beautiful made with lovely sparkling diamonds.

Vijay and the team at Ouros Jewels handled my custom requests wonderfully and kept me updated as the ring was being made with videos and photos so I had complete peace of mind in the product I would receive! When it arrived I was so thrilled and my fiance loves it too. We would recommend the Ouros team to anyone who's looking for ethical diamond jewelry and are after something custom made that matches what you want perfectly.

Your money and your fears in purchasing online are in safe hands when you purchase from this shop. He handled my custom requests and answered my questions completely. He was far more professional than his competitors and always communicated with me in a timely manner. My ring was perfect.I am in jewelry sales and decided to purchase a lab grown diamond ring we don't carry. It's gorgeous !

I have made several purchases from Vijay at Ouros and have been extremely pleased every time. Each time, I've ordered he's been able make my vision a reality. When I've requested designs that he has done, it may have taken some time, but that is because Vijay will not send anything that is not 100% quality. It is always worth the wait. It is has been so much fun to work with Vijay at Ouros and I truly can't wait for next time.

Working with Vijay was amazing. I wish I could give 6 stars!! His communication is prime. He kept me posted about my ring and provided regular updates. He promised my ring would arrive before Christmas and I though it would not, but it did. I will for sure continue to do business with OurosJewels. The ring is stunning and delicate. I absolutely love it. The quality is wonderful! THANK YOU VIJAY!!

I ordered a one of a kind eternity band from OurosJewelers. Vijay made sure to communicate with me every aspect of design and obtained approval. He make sure to message me throughout the design, construction and shipping. I think the ring is a half size bigger than I ordered bc it feels looser than my other rings in that size. But since it is being worn in front of my engagement ring it doesn’t seem like it will be a problem. I love my ring and am very happy!
