Vijay is a star. The diamond and the ring is so pretty. He kept me updated throughout the process. Needless to say, I am definitely going back to him the next time I need any diamond jewellery. Thanks bro.

I bought 1 Cts fancy intense yellow (with IGI) from Vijay in June 2021. Like other, I was so panic and worried as this was my 1st lab diamond online purchase from Hong Kong. Vijay show me the diamond by photos and videos and many email exchanges before confirmation. To be honest, I think I will loss my patient if I was vijay. So yes, he is very professional and patient. I have sent photo to Vijay for the ring setting (from another brand shop) and it looks 90% similar. The most supervise me is the yellow diamond - the color is so beautiful and more sparkle than my 1.10 ct EVS2 lab diamond which I bought from another local shop in Hong Kong. It’s hard to describe the color — sometime it looks like a “limone Di rocca imperiale” (Italian lemon) under the spotlights and “sunshine” under the natural daylight 0_0. It’s very hard to describe the actual color and it’s 10x much better than video or photo. I’ve tried to take the photos by my professional camera but it’s really hard to capture. Vijay had shown me other color diamond (pink, light green and blue) during the process but I though I should at least receive my first order before 2nd order. I will definitely order more from Vijay and I have also introduced to my friend and colleague.

I have never had a diamond ring before because I’m very concerned about the ethical social issues associated with natural mined diamond history as well as the inflated pricing in natural diamond industry due to supply control. I wanted something different. I wanted a diamond ring that was truly 100% diamond, with exact same chemical and physical properties, but also 100% conflict free and for a much more affordable and fair price. That’s when I discovered the magic and science of lab grown diamonds! However, here in America where I live, they sell only for 30% less than natural diamonds... so I did some research and I found Ouros Jewels in India and it’s like a dream come true - I got bigger better quality diamonds for fraction of the price! Finally a perfect dream diamond ring I’ve always wanted was affordable to me! I would highly recommend for anyone who loves diamonds to skip the mall, skip the over-priced online retailers of lab diamonds and contact Vijay at Ouros Jewels today! Trust me, you won’t regret it. He’s so easy to work with, friendly yet very professional. My ring was made exactly how I wanted and in a time frame that was reasonable. The shipping was much faster than expected and the ring is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It’s so sparkly - I’m obsessed and don’t want to ever take it off. Thank you Vijay for such wonderful service and craftsmanship, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Great service and transparency on process. The diamonds are sparkly and the setting looks very well-made. Prices are lower than larger Indian brands in this space. Plan for 4-5 weeks to design and make the piece as each one is custom-made.
