Ouros has always been so solid. My wife has ordered a lot and I have purchased her gifts through them. They are completely transparent and keep you informed through each step of the process. I cannot recommend them enough. If you're reading this, go ahead and treat yourself, you deserve it

The people at Ouros not only created a great product to its perfection, but amazing customer service and transparency without even asking for it. I received videos about the creation process and always received an update through email about the status of the product. Once I received the ring, it was great quality and beautiful. Highly recommend them for complete satisfaction!

Vijay was wonderful from start to finish. Very communicative in updating every step of the way, they even sent over pictures and gifs during the process which was very helpful. The ring is beautiful and I'm very happy with the final product. That being said, I do need to mention that the experience with the delivery service uniuni was awful. They gave me an incorrect time frame and then sent me an email telling me the delivery failed but never mentioned any reasoning for why it failed. I had to take days off of work to try and recieve the package and it took forever to find a real person hidden behind all the ai chat bots. Once I did have a real person from uniuni they were unhelpful and refused to answer any questions other than to refer to their tracker app. Would not order again if shipped through uniuni. But my experience with Ouros was wonderful, thank you again for your wonderful help Vijay.
