Ouros JewelsReviews of ourosjewels.com

Thank you so much Ouros Jewels for this beautiful custom made setting!!! Vijay was SUCH a pleasure working with! Hes so responsive, timely, and so friendly!!! He custom made this beautiful setting for a stone I already had. I placed the order 3/1 and recieved 3/24 (with expedited shipping!) A local jeweler set it for me and I just can’t believe how beautiful this ring is!!! Will definitely purchase again from this store!!

This is my second piece from this shop, and my first custom piece. I was nervous throughout the process, but was reassured at each step with pictures and video of my earrings being made. They arrived 2 days ago (I got expedited shipping and they arrived in about a week) and they are absolutely STUNNING. excellent price, (excellent and patient!) service, and an absolutely gorgeous pair of earrings that are exactly what I envisioned. Ouros will be my go-to jeweler going forward.

5 out of 5 stars I have received my customized ring today after 2 months and I have been informed that the certificate would be shipped separately due to UPS policy. I initially bought a loose stone (pear shaped diamond) and got Vijay to customize it to fit into a halo pave setting. The ring is so gorgeous and the diamond sparkles! I’m so obsessed with the ring now. 😍 Thanks to Vijay and team for the hard work and a big shout out to Vijay for his prompt / immediate responses on all the questions and follow-ups. Pricing is reasonable as well would definitely come back for more! Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with the excellent service I received from Ouros Jewels. Vijay was very prompt in responding to my questions and was very helpful. My ring turned out even nicer than I could imagine. I am very impressed with the quality and would highly recommend Ouros Jewelry.

Great communication and timely delivery. Vijay worked with me during each step of the process and was very accommodating. The final product is beautiful and exactly as described.

Just wanted to say that you are amazing, my ring was made exactly as I described. The ring is beautifully crafted the moissanite has so much brilliance that I could not be anymore happy with the final product. My fiancé ring is being made right now and I know that it will be as spectacular as my ring. Thank you for your customer service and working with me and the multiple designs to make my dream engagement ring come true.

Ourosjewels!!! My new "go-to" jeweller!!! Not only they have a great and accommodating type of customer service, their drive to meet your needs and deadline is next to none. Not to mention the high quality of gems they provided and the very reasonable price

I love working with Vijay. It has been very good so far and Im very impressed with both the speed and the quality of his custom work. He provides services and products that are nearly impossible to find elsewhere. I am very happy and will continue working with him.
