I couldn't have been happier with the service I received from Outsource Data Recovery. My waterproof iPhone case leaked, causing my phone to take on water and completely die. Unfortunately the photos I had taken that week during my son's science camp trip were not backed up due to lack of wifi, so I lost everything. Alex was available what seemed to be 24/7 to answer questions and provide an estimate which resulted in all of my photos being returned. Their pricing was 1/6 the cost of other comparable services I found online. I would highly suggest them to anyone looking for a recovery service!

After having a lot of important documents and pictures lost on a cheap flash drive that suddenly stop working, I checked with Outsource Data Recovery to get a quote on the recovery process. I am a student at university and cannot easily afford disposing hundreds of dollars on fixing this mess haha. They were very fair with negotiating the price in exchange for waiting longer to have the process completed. Any questions I had were promptly answered via email, and they also provide comprehensive assistance via phone. After the recovery process had finished, I received my data in an online download a short while after I paid, and immediately was able to download all of my recovered files in a single zip folder. These people are definitely worth the expense, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is needing their data recovered on a device.

Just a little too expensive. I think they should have a discount for individuals. HOWEVER, trust me, my hard drive was corrupted so bad, that I tried 5 different recovery softwares. None of them worked, and had to be refunded. I sent off my drive to Outsource Data Recovery and they were able to recover all 3TB of files which were lost in this corrupted hard drive. Every single file remained in tact, and so did the file structure. Super fast turn around too. I would recommend this company to anyone with a HD problem.

I am very happy with my experience with Outsource Data Recovery. They were able to recover most of the data from my "dead" external hard-drive including over 25,000 family photos. The service was quick, and they keep you in the loop all the way along. The customer service is actually amazing! I felt like I had a friend who worked there and was looking out for me and my data. My only criticism is the way the website seems misleading with regards to the price of this service. On the home page there are bullet points describing $60 repairs, and Data Recover Service Fees of around $300, but these "teasers" fail to reflect the fees charged for "Degraded surface or memory ($449), or Cleanroom Service ($499). I was expecting to pay between $300 - $500 for my recovery (based on the homepage teasers), and was very surprised when my Service Quote arrived with a Total of $1,247. After doing more research, I discovered that these fees are actually fairly normal, but still, it was shocking. Overall, I am very happy with this service, and would definitely recommend ODR to anyone! (Just understand that the recovery fee will probably include an additional $950 for the services that I mentioned.)

These folks performed a service, and did it for much less than I was quoted from other companies. I received email updates every step of the way. I look like a hero to my client. Will definitely use them again.
