Shipping company had issues with delivering address so I am still waiting for a new package to be sent. Customer service was easy to work with and get ahold of.

The device is cool, camera quality is less than desirable - especially for a $900 device. Microphone and speaker works well, though. Sad that there's no more nonprofit program discount. Overall, it's a good tool, just not very impressed with the quality of video.

We experience audio cutting off the first part of someone speaking.

We bought two Owls for our conferences between offices. They were great to start, but we quickly found that the audio quality was almost unusable. Lots of pieces of conversations were dropped and we surmised it was due to some overzealous attempt at blocking out background noise. Great idea and the hardware seems good, but the software is not there yet.

Hi Mike, I’m sorry the audio was disappointing! Based on your room set up and acoustics, there are some settings in the Owl you can adjust so the sound is optimized for your room. Give us a hoot at [email protected] so we can help. Thanks! Michelle at Owl Labs
