OwnerRez, Inc.Reviews of ownerrez.com

We have used OwnerRez to manage our properties for two years and it’s been an amazing PMS! It can basically do everything! Very happy with it.

Greg from OwnerRez customer support provided a really helpful video that allowed me to quickly resolve my issue. His service was also very timely.

We engaged OwnerRez (OR) after deciding to part ways with our property management company. While the system takes a bit of getting used to because of the extensive number of features, there was never a lack of support to get us going. Help comes in four forms: Extensive videos for self-paced learning A free Quick Start one-on-one live session with an agent who reviewed our entire setup and helped make changes where needed The built-in AI assistant Fantastic live-agent follow-up, with staff who checked over the final product and advised on changes OR integrates with many booking platforms and also offers an optional website hosting feature. All of our booking channels feed into OR, giving us a single pane of glass to manage every aspect of our rental. It's also easy to manage each channel individually, with its own service fee markups and tax collection settings. We use OR and highly recommend it for anyone managing a single property or multiple properties.

I have now used Ownerrez for 3 years. When I started, I was so inexperienced it hurt. They helped me so much above and beyond what you would get anywhere else. Plus, I have gone back to the videos so many times to get help on doing things. I know of no other property management software company that does so much to help you start. For 3 years, I have basically used the standard elements and good host would use, but now am planning on challenging Ownerrez to help me take my rentals to the next level using approaches and software that will really help me drive profitability and growth beyond traditional methods. I know there software can handle it, and I am sure they, as always, will provide all the help I need to do this.

We switched from a different platform and not only is OwnerRez VERY user friendly, but the support is unmatched. *Super easy onboarding. *Response time for assistance is amazing. *Ease in understanding what I did wrong and how to fix it. *The number of training videos is crazy. (One of the big selling points for us changing PMS's) *Their suggestions of things that I didn't even know I could do has saved me so much time. *Paying only for what you need instead of a hefty platform fee because there were features included that did not pertain to us. *They're constantly updating and adding features, and many based on what user's request. *Never had a disruption in service, and if there is an issue with an API, they know about it before I do and they already have a team on it. So glad we switched over.

There is definitely an initial learning curve with how deep the settings go, but their team walking us through the Airbnb API sync on a video call saved us days of setup headaches. Once you get the automated email triggers and the hosted booking site dialed in, it handles the messy backend work so our team doesn't have to fight with channel conflicts. Reliable software built for actual operators who need total control over their listings.

As a vacation rental property manager, I've worked with multiple platforms over the years, and OwnerRez continues to stand out. The software is robust, flexible, and designed for operators who need more than a basic booking system. What truly sets OwnerRez apart is its team. When you contact support, you're not reaching a generic call-center representative reading from a script. You're working with professionals who understand the vacation rental industry, the reservation lifecycle, guest communications, channel management, and the day-to-day realities of managing properties. That experience translates into practical guidance and meaningful solutions. There is a learning curve because of the platform's depth, but the flexibility and capabilities are well worth it. For property managers and serious hosts looking for a scalable, feature-rich solution backed by knowledgeable professionals, I highly recommend OwnerRez.

Adrielle has been great to work with and has given me confidence in the OwnerRez platform. I was initially only interested in using it to sync my calendars across booking platforms and my direct booking website, but she has given me the tools and knowledge to feel more comfortable with using OwnerRez and allow them to take total control of all platforms and make my life easier! Thank you Adrielle!
