I've used OwnerRez for over two years and it has been a fantastic piece of software. It does a lot more than the prior system I used (Lodgify) and it does it for a lot less and with no long-term commitments. I used their Wordpress plugin with my custom self-hosted Wordpress site and it was a game changer that elevated my site's functionality and allowed me to keep my site updated in real-time with a "change once, update everywhere" configuration that saved me hours. Support and the developers are very responsive to the userbase and have implemented many things that the users requested. The userbase is also very helpful in helping you figure out problems, both on their official forum and on their Facebook group.

We only have great things to say about OwnerRez and how it eased managing our property. While having 4 different booking platforms, the ability to centrally manage all of them through OwnerRez, helped immensely in managing bookings, produce reports, financial status and so on. The thorough documentation to initially set things up and the help from the support team whenever we had questions, really made a huge difference. We definitely recommend this platform to any property manager who is looking to ease the pain of managing multiple booking platforms and STRs.
