I find Oyster service simply great. All requests are managed in short time. Specific country taxes payment details were sorted out shortly and in a positive way.

Dealing with Oyster has been an incredibly frustrating experience. For several months, we have been grappling with a significant issue: Oyster owes us money, and despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, we find ourselves caught in a seemingly endless loop of non-responsiveness and ambiguity. The support team at Oyster has consistently failed to provide straight answers. Our requests seem to be either ignored or inadequately addressed, leading to a lack of clear communication and resolution. This ongoing issue has not only caused financial strain but also a considerable amount of time and resource wastage in our attempts to follow up and seek clarity. Overall, our experience with Oyster has been unsatisfactory.

Hiring remote workers across the world is a legal and operational challenge that is difficult to solve for small companies. Oyster is the solution: the have legal entities across the world that are aware of the legal specialities of each country and serve as a legal subsidiary of your (small) company.

The service itself is very useful for hiring talent abroad. The organizational structure and attention to detail can improve. Almost every interaction required me correcting staff, or requiring more information. I feel like a general runbook and templates are used, instead of catering to the individual and paying attention to the details. Don't make the user do the work for you. From asking for proof of right to work in EU as an EU citizen while already have a copy of my passport, to failing to adjust the verbally agreed terms in a termination letter. There seems to be support specialists for everything, and often I got pointed to someone else. Only for me to restart the story and try again. Rather than doing an extra step by the support staff and forwarding my request / question. For the service my company paid, I expect a higher level of quality.

Oyster is a great platform which takes care of the employees. They take initiatives to provide best service to both employee and employer. They went one step ahead and offered me the Tax reduction as per schemes provided by the govt.
