Responsiveness/Equipment is great. Clarity in the whole process could be better. Pricing is a bit confusing, if an item is standard that it is included in pricing. But, in your quotes it a separate cost line item. Can be a bit confusing.

The cart we purchased is excellent
The cart we purchased is excellent. Very durable, versatile and strong. Dealing with the sales team was a bit strange. It took several attempts to actually book an order.
