Pack Up + Go planned our surprise trip to a “T” and the anticipation of waiting for the clues were even more exciting. We ate at some fantastic restaurants they reserved for us, walked many miles around Chicago and even meet another couple who uses Pack Up + Go often! All in all it was blast and will be doing this again!

The customer service was excellent. Very well planned and our girls trip exceeded every expectation!

Stops and accommodations were great! Staff at Base Camp especially Ryan were so kind and Ryan was super informative and fun.

Everything! The team of Pack Up and Go was the best team to work with. They planned a fabulous vacation listening to our needs the whole time. The activities and planned meals were simply perfect. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a surprise and loves fun!

There simply are not enough words! We made this trip for three sisters living in different states, wanting to celebrate a milestone birthday for the youngest. Pack Up and Go took all the stress out of travel, made wonderful choices of hotel, restaurants and theater, made perfectly synched flight arrangements, and everything else we could have imagined. All we needed to do was bring our love for each other and continuous laughter, which we did so easily. We would recommend PU&G to everyone. The experience was amazing and the staff was totally responsive, accommodating and helpful when we had any questions. Five stars are not enough!

We had an amazing surprise trip to Atlanta!! One of the four of us has been on 4 PU&G trips before, but the other 3 were first timers. The airline cancelled our outbound flight but PU&G was quick to ensure we still got out that day and even extended our trip for us. (BUY the insurance!) We had fun activities, the hotel was top shelf, the Uber gift card was so helpful and the restaurant recommendations could not have been better. Can't wait to travel again.

We could not agree on a destination for spring break, and stumbled upon Pack up and Go. We filled out the questionnaire and were excited for the big trip! We set our budget pretty high, I believe the recommended was $900/person and we decided on $1,500/person. We are a family of 5, and had 3 kids ages 9-13 traveling with us. We asked to go somewhere warm, and rated ease of getting around high on our priorities. Our destination ended up being Pensacola Florida. My husband, being retired Navy wasn’t thrilled, and I was disappointed because all our vacations are beach vacations. We were hoping for something different, but maybe we didn’t point that out on the questionnaire. We appreciated the reservations to activities, the dolphin cruise while the Blue Angels practiced was a highlight for the kids. I didn’t go because I get really sea sick on small boats. My husband lived on aircraft carriers for years and now works on an Air Force base so it wasn’t all that exciting to see the jets practice. We were given an $80 uber credit, and we were shocked that the ride from the airport to the hotel was $90, unfortunately being a family of 5 we had to go with the Uber xl option which is more expensive. With it not quite being tourist season, the beach trolly was not operating. There were things we decided not to do/see because getting there would have been too expensive. We had pre booked reservation for dinner at a really nice restaurant and a $100 gift card (the gift card covered half the bill), but again we had to pay $65 in an uber just to get there and another $50 to get back to the hotel. The weather was not cooperative and it was too cold to really enjoy the beach or pools. The hotel was nice, it was a Hilton. There was no complementary breakfast so feeding 3 kiddos breakfast was an unexpected expense (the hotel was charging $15/kid and $25/adult), we did find some more affordable options within walking distance. All in all it was a nice experience, but it ended up being disappointing for all of us for one reason or another. We feel like we could have planned something much better for what we paid.

We had booked a weekend trip with Pack up and Go since we had heard great reviews, overall it was an enjoyable experience but was left slightly disappointed. Me and my grandma ended up being sent to Chicago which was a fun surprise and experience. Our hotel was in the heart of the city with an amazing view but our pre planned activities and restaurants were lackluster. We only had two prepaid activities along with two dinner reservations, the restaurants were not local and we left feeling disappointed, especially since we expected at least one dinner to be paid for as well. Our two activities ended up being two tickets to the Shedd Aquarium and 360 Chicago which is a large city viewing skyscraper. While the overall trip was fun and enjoyable, we felt we did not get our moneys worth and left feeling a little dissatisfied.
