What an Unbelievable trip. I never would have thought that a anniversary trip to Philly would be a great trip, but PackUp and Go rocked it. What a great time.

We love Philly + we're so glad you love it now too! It has so much to offer + people forget how accessible it is! It's so great to hear that our trip planners hit the nail on the head with this one! Now where should we send you next?!

Our entire experience with Pack Up + Go was fantastic. They were easy to work with at every step of the way. The trip they put together was very fun. The Bed & Breakfast was very enjoyable. Anytime we had a question or issue, help was available any time by email or by phone. We started with a short, 4-day driving trip to test it out, and we loved it. We look forward to using Pack Up + Go again.

This is a fun, low stress way to go on vacation. My husband and I booked PU&G for our 20 year wedding anniversary. Our trip to Scottsdale was great - nice resort, great restaurant reservations, and several outings including a wine tasting, food tour and private hike. Would highly recommend and will likely do this again.

Thank you for letting us be part of such a special celebration—20 years is amazing! 🎉 We’re thrilled to hear you had such a great time in Scottsdale. Here’s to many more adventures (and anniversaries!)🌟

I COULD say that Pack Up & Go KNOWS me (this is my 7th trip with them), but more, I'd say that they LISTEN to me. They matched our activities to our pre-trip survey PERFECTLY. Even if you're not the spontaneous type (I am NOT!!) it's amazing to take one of these surprise vacations! There have been times that I've checked weather all over the nation (and I'm ashamed to say flights, too, to match departure times) to figure our where I'm going and I DIDN'T do that this time, and I was so pleasantly surprised! We had a great trip to Minneapolis! (And what a great, welcoming city!!! With AMAZING food!)

We love our repeat travelers + are so glad you felt heard! Knowing we nailed your pre-trip survey is music to our ears, especially for a self-proclaimed non-spontaneous traveler. 😊 We can’t wait to plan your next adventure—no weather sleuthing required!

We recently did a mystery trip to Chicago! One of the best cities that was on our list and am glad it was chosen for our pack up and go trip! We loved most of the bookings that were made and we fell in love with the city! There were few hiccups in terms of missing tickets in the email and information shared that can be improved on but we still loved the overall experience!

We just had our 5th surprise vacation with Pack Up + Go. They sent us to Santa Barbara CA which wasn't on our radar, but was fantastic! They put us up at a hotel right on the ocean and convenient to many restaurants, museums, night spots, etc. They set us up with reservations at restaurants which they recommended. We went to each of them and were very happy.

Now that's what we like to hear! Thank you for trusting us again + again! We’re so thrilled Santa Barbara hit the mark for you. We love sending travelers to amazing places they might not have thought of otherwise. We can’t wait to plan surprise number six for you!

What a fun experience! It was great to let someone else plan our trip. It’s usually left to me. I enjoyed the surprise along with my husband. We were sent to a location that I may not have chosen. (San Antonio) while we did have fun we were there about a day to long. There just was t enough for us to do. However, that is no reflection on PU&G that is us! We lived the flights they booked making good use of our time. They were great booking activities and making dinner reservations. We ended up canceling 2 of the 3 reservations. 1, we wanted something different. The 2nd we were so full from lunch we didn’t eat the rest of the day! I definitely, would recommend this company to anyone looking for something different when planning a vacay. We are thinking about planning again for a road trip!

Thank you for letting us take over the planning this time! We know it can definitely be nerve wracking especially if you're usually the planner, but we're so glad to hear you had a great time! We're looking forward to planning more adventures for you in the future!

Cannot wait to travel with Pack Ip + Go, again! I used them for a birthday gift for my husband. They even refunded part of our budgeted amount, which they did not spend. Every time I called PU + Go, I heard a friendly voice. For example, at a restaurant, we were told there would be a gift card with our reservation. The host could not locate the gift card. We called PU + Go and they spoke with the host and this was immediately resolved. It was an error on the part of the restaurant. We cannot say enough about our trip to Galena, Illinois and PU + Go. If you like a surprising adventure, plan your trip! It’s a gift to yourself!!! 😊
