Removed site People over Papers for no reason other then protecting people who abuse power.

I am very disappointed with Padlet. The issue is not with the program itself, but with their customer service and complete lack of response. My university contacted them with questions about their policy so it could be approved for campus use, but they never replied. I also requested to cancel my subscription and they have not responded to me either. Very poor customer service.

If you want to continue creating on Padlet but do not want to upgrade, you can delete your existing padlets to make room for more. My department paid £89.99 per year for Platinum membership. I messaged Padlet on three separate occasions but *never* received a response. The first time was regarding faulty Padlet message editing software and the other times were regarding continuing our membership. However, I will now be recommending that my department does *not* renew its Padlet Platinum membership. Customer support is essential. Regardless, my first message also helped Padlet improve its software, which was still faulty when I last tried.
