When a member logs in from a location different than their registered residence, it affects the integrity of the survey panels our clients rely on. This is why we request that members provide current, verifiable documentation of their residence if discrepancies arise. Regarding your concerns: • Location Verification and Documentation: We require documentation—such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or tax bill—to confirm your registered address. This is not an arbitrary request. It ensures that the research data we deliver is accurate and meets the strict criteria set by our clients. We fully understand concerns about privacy and data security; please be assured that you are welcome to redact any information outside of your name, address, date, and the issuing entity. You refused to provide us any documentation. • Holiday Logins: Our FAQ clearly states that logging in while away from your registered location can lead to issues with your account; this is even the first question listed. This policy is in place to help maintain the quality and consistency of responses needed for our research projects. We encourage all members to review our TOS, FAQs, and Privacy Policy before registering to understand the conditions of a membership. • Cash-Out Policy: As indicated in our TOS and Reward Rules, funds in your account are subject to a minimum threshold of $15 before a cash-out request can be processed. Our rewards system is structured so that once you meet this threshold, you’ll be able to request redemption of your earnings. Until then, rewards remain “unvested” as part of our standard policy, which applies to all members consistently. Hi Liz. As we explained to you, using a VPN violates our Terms of Service, as it affects survey targeting and data quality. We offered to reinstate your account if you'd acknowledge this policy, but you declined. Our goal is to keep the platform fair and accurate for all members and researchers.

Hi Liana, Our Freeze/Burn policy is outlined in our FAQs, and we encourage all users to review our Terms of Service and policies before joining. Additionally, you are prompted to choose between freezing or burning your earnings when updating your information, ensuring awareness of this process. While we may occasionally make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, we are unable to accommodate requests accompanied by threats of negative reviews, demands, or expectations of approval.

Hi Chioma, As we explained to you, our platform is not set up for people who travel. This is because our clients commission the research surveys you receive, and are very specific about the demographics they wish to target, sometimes down to the zip code. In order to ensure our clients are reaching the people they would like to, we have various security measures in place to ensure that people are where and who they say they are. For members that share their time between multiple countries or states, we suggest they register their account in the location where they either spend the most time, or where they have documents of registration. If you are travelling elsewhere, we would ask that you not log into your account while doing so to avoid further issues with your account. Please also note this is the first question listed on our FAQ page, and is mentioned in our Reward Rules. Accounts with fraudulent activity that cannot validate their account are banned to prevent re-registration.
