Terrible customer service! They will not answer my messages any longer. I placed a large order on 10/20/24 and we are nearing the 20 day estimate they provided but the order is still in transit. Also, their carrier (WANB) has terrible tracking system where it does not indicate where exactly the item is. I deeply regret having ordered from this company and am not at all sure I will ever receive my items. Never again!

Dear Andrea, We are very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, your order encountered an unexpected delay as one of the pens was flagged by customs due to its liquid content, resulting in a hold on the shipment. We have since resolved the issue, and your package was cleared by customs on November 9, so you should receive it within a few days. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance with tracking. We are committed to improving our service to prevent situations like this in the future. Thank you for your patience and understanding, The Paperwrld Team

Buyer be aware What I ordered and what I got were two different things. What I did get was NOT value for money. Very disappointed.

I have made several stationery orders from PaperWrld with zero issues. I love the products and will continue to do so. People need to read the international shipping times and rates and take this into consideration when ordering. The website is clear on how long it will take for your package to get to your country. This is a great company!

Do not order from this company!! Im still waiting over a month now for My order. I spent $60 it hasn't moved in tracking since july. 27th. Company no help. I will be trying to dispute the charges to my card today. Very frustrated. I tried customer service and they just provide me the tracking info I already have. Which shows a package not moving in weeks. Now when I went back to their Facebook to continue to post a negative review on their page and videos warning others. Suddenly my Facebook was restricted from posting anything due to violating community standards. So they reported me to Facebook for posting a review after they've lost my order. I do not recommend this company. Couldn't pay me to order from them. Shame! Edit: They did finally refund my credit card. However, it was not until after many emails from myself and my husband, that we were able to get them to acknowledge they lost my order. They just kept saying in emails. You should have your product.

The pieces were okay, but looked printed out. The ‘stickers’ aren’t stickers tho.
