Great company, products, service, and people! I was using another company to purchase incontinence supplies for my wife who has Alzheimer's Disease, then I found Parentgiving, and their price for the adult briefs was 40+ % less than the price at the other source. Shipping and support services are outstanding! They also have a huge selection of top rated products. I don't see any reason to shop anywhere else for the kind of products they sell. I made the mistake of not entering the full shipping discount code that applied to my order, and when I explained what happened, they refunded my shipping cost.

I recently returned a floor to ceiling grab pole with base... It was unopened, but because they came from two different warehouses customer service gave me two different return addresses, This made me have to pay for shipping and handling even though they had never been opened, it cost $56.52!!!! (The cheapest!!!) And then there is going to be a restocking fee of four dollars!!! So..., I spent $60.00 for nothing!!! I’m sorry but that just doesn’t seem right... I will never order from here again...
