I found parentgiving online, wasn't sure which phone would be the best for my mother in law. I called, they answered all of my questions and were very kind and helpful. I called again, after discussing the options with her, and they were helpful again. My only regret is that parentgiving won't be training other companies in customer service! The phone arrived on time and was easy to set up. I'm very impressed.
