I think your product is fantastic. I had TURP surgery and have been using another well known brand but your surpass them in all categories. The only complain is your shipping. The box that contained the 56 diapers was ripped and collapsed. The shipping company had to tape the box together to make deliverable. The box was in such bad shape that I thought it was multiple boxes. There was not enough padding inside to keep the box stable. Other than that the product was great.

The tabs are too small and the diapers are huge.

First of all, the product is excellent! We were looking for a disposable panty that fit and prevented leaks. We found it. Very pleased with the customer service, on the initial order we accidentally ordered the incorrect size and the return was painless. Thank you so much. My husband had prostate surgery in Oct ‘23. Since then, he requires a super absorbent pad plus a brief. He has tried several brands and so far LiveDry has proved to work best.

The underware is great much softer and comfortable. When we order the process is so easy and delivery is fast! Wouldn’t buy anything else

Customer service is very knowledgeable, helpful, personable. Asked questions to determine needs. Answered all my questions that were not answered on the website. Offered to send a sample so I could discern if sizing was correct for one of the items ordered. Items purchased were delivered , well packaged, and arrived in a timely manner.

They were understanding of my errors with a rather quick response as they must receive enormous lot of emails
