Being new to incontinence, I tried several different products on the market with little satisfaction. Finally I took another chance and tried Dry Direct underwear and inserts from ParentGiving. What a difference! Easily eight hours without leaks! I do occasionally have a leak at night, but I don't get up for 10 or 11 hours. I love this product and delivery has been awesome as well.

The product sizing is not consistent among the Dry Direct products. Even though they have "Dry Direct" name in all of them. Be VERY VERY Careful. Must look at the inches. i now have several packages that I cannot wear. After an email to them, the response was "oops". You ordered the wrong thing. Seems like something this website should have fixed by now with their Italian/American vendors/

At no point were you told "oops" You were informed "you have ordered two completely different products: In January you ordered the Dry Direct Ultimate Underwear - made in the U.S. - Small - 24"-36" In March you ordered the Dry Direct Ultimate Protective Underwear - made in Italy - Small - 20"-30"" It is not unusual for manufacturers to feature different products and size ranges.

I recently had an ad show up buy one case, get one case free. Even if the product was so-so it would not be bad. So I ordered two cases and received confirmation and two tracking numbers, one for each case. No. The two cases weren't it was one case of three packages, original packaging, and a second case of one package. This was what I ordered and expected, but why are they calling two thirds of a case, a whole case? Imagine WalMart opening 24 can cases of Coke and selling 16 cans repacked as cases. Also why was the case, in the original rather plain (some product codes) box placed in another larger box for shipping? That is a serious waste of cardboard. Why weren't all four packages of the two "cases" simply put into a single larger box?

This product is packaged in packs of 30. One case has two packs. You ordered two cases - four packs of product, and received four packs of product. We would have explained this, had you have called us to advise that you thought there was a short shipment. This product is packaged in packs of 30. One case has two packs.

Finally, I found diapers that will last four hours, sometimes more. I can finally get a couple of hours of sleep at night. The only thing is, you can't depend on the colored lines fading when he's wet. He had one diaper that kept the colored lines even though he needed to be changed. They also fit better than the other medium diapers I was using. Just tried the booster pad for the first time tonight but I expect it will perform quite well.
