To Whom It May Concern, I am filing a formal complaint against PariPesa for withholding my funds and failing to provide a legitimate withdrawal option. • I deposited funds via Interac e-Transfer, but PariPesa does not allow withdrawals via the same method, effectively blocking my ability to retrieve my money. • I have fully verified my account and met all wagering requirements, yet my withdrawal attempts have been ignored or rejected. • PariPesa’s customer support has been unhelpful and has not provided a resolution. This is a clear case of unfair business practices and a violation of player rights. I am requesting that your regulatory body investigate this issue and ensure that PariPesa allows players to withdraw their rightful funds. Please let me know what steps I can take to formally escalate this complaint. Best regards, Innocent Omoruyi Phone number: 437-419-4877 Paripesa Account Number : 1165194561

Dear Innocent Omoruyi, Thank you for reaching out and expressing your concerns. We understand how important it is for our users to have full and timely access to their funds, and we take your complaint seriously. Please allow us to clarify a few key points: While Interac e-Transfer is available for deposits, withdrawals via the same method may not always be supported due to restrictions from third-party payment providers. This is not a decision made by Paripesa but rather a limitation of the payment infrastructure. If your account is fully verified and all wagering requirements have been met, your withdrawal should proceed without issue using any of the available alternative withdrawal methods shown in your account. We regret if your interaction with our support team did not meet expectations. To escalate your case immediately, we kindly ask you to contact our priority support team at [email protected] and provide: Your registered email address: -User ID -Preferred withdrawal method from the available options -Reference or screenshot of the attempted withdrawal We remain committed to resolving this matter swiftly and transparently. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Best regards, Paripesa Team

paripesa 🆔 is 1178181651 The level of your (Paripesa) security check is unprofessional, tedious and suspicious. I won a bet and tried withdrawing but you blocked 🚫 my withdrawals, av complied with your security team, av sent all necessary documents requested of me; A picture of my Nin card, a picture of my nin card from a different angle and background, a video of my NINC portal, a selfie of me holding the nin card and showing our email conversation, my bank statement. I really don’t know why it’s taking weeks just to get my account verification done so I can have full access to my money. I have complied with your security team since 2 weeks now. Delaying my verification after sending all these documents is really unprofessional and suspicious. This is my first experience and it’s already a regrettable one, the funny part is, you no longer respond to my mails. PARIPESA is the worst betting company av ever seen or used and I can’t advice anyone to ie this betting company. Release my money! Rectify and open my withdrawals! I still have all necessary proof of payment and conversations. The world 🌎 will know how wicked you are and you will forever regret having me as a customer.

I sign up last week, and so far, so good. Made a few deposits and tested different games. Had to do a verification before withdrawing, but that’s normal. Hoping for some good luck here.
