They are very easy to work with and the material is high quality. They will work with your designs. I have done about 6 commercial baths in the past year and have had not problems. Delivery has been as promised

Terrible experience. Order was shipped quickly, but with wrong delivery phone number, which delayed delivery by 5 days. That messed up our schedule, and by the time we got back to install them, we discovered there were ZERO instructions, so we muddled through. We were 20 screws short to finish putting them together, and they refused to send more. There are also gaps in the panels due to they way they designed it, which means there is zero privacy. The partitions are so short, an average person can see over them . When I wrote the company they basically said "too bad, we shipped what you ordered". I will never use them again

Gary, we apologize for the phone number mishap and take full responsibility, we sincerely regret that happened, but are glad to know even with the wrong number, your order arrived quickly. As far as instructions, had we known you needed help with installation, we have install videos and other documents we would have been happy to send to you. All you had to do was let us know. Concerning the screws, we emailed you the photos of the hardware of your actual order, showing that everything needed had been shipped, whether you misplaced the screws, etc... we did offer you the opportunity to purchase the screws so you could complete your partition project. Regarding your belief that the partition's are too short, your order was for powder coated metal in the industry standard height of 58" in the floor mounted style which are to be installed 12" off the floor making the entire height 72" tall, however had we known you required a special height, we could have supplied you with a quote for custom height panels. Your order was placed online via our online configuration tool, which means you supplied all of your own measurements, once we received your order, we then sent you our shop drawings that indicated the exact sizes you submitted and you signed off on those documents as being accurate, therefore any gaps you've experience are due to incorrect measurements that you supplied. We can only go by the measurements the customer gives us. We take no pleasure in knowing any of our customers have a hard time with installation - your order arrived quickly, and as promised, the other matters you reference, were things out of our control.
