So far so good. I contacted Pawp concerning my obese cat. That was last night so we are just getting started on recommendations. I was able to chat w/someone shortly after signing on. She was kind and helpful!

The vet that I talk to was very helpful and explaining to me what possibly could be wrong with my animal and what my next steps need to be to get them better. Was very simple and easy to use the app. Definitely recommend and will use it again in the future if need be.
