Great peace of mind!! This evening, our dog came in for the night not looking or acting right. We live in a rural farming and ranching community about an hour from a city with an overnight vet clinic. He’s a country guard dog and rodent hunter, so he gets into lots of adventures. We bathed him and could not find any thorns, fangs, visible cuts, broken bones, or swollen or painful areas, so we were at a loss for what to do. Should we load up the family, two of us with the flu 😷 🤒🤧, and take him all the way in to the overnight vet clinic in the city and pay an arm and a leg to find out that it’s nothing big or take a chance that he’s really hurt and lose him by morning if we wait. I remembered our Pawp membership offered through Walmart+ as a perk. I signed on and received the most wonderful, caring, patient care by a licensed vet tech. She asked a number of questions, asked me to take a video of our dog to send her, asked me to provide her with several other assessments that required touch and smell and then gave me what she suspected was going on. Then she recommended that I take him in to the vet the next day for the vet to officially diagnose and treat him. Wow! Mind blown! Pawp killed four birds with one stone! Our fears were quickly put to rest about our dog being really sick. It kept us from having to spend hours of the night away from home and hundreds of unnecessary dollars at an after hours emergency vet clinic. And it kept us from spreading our flu germs to everyone we came in contact with! What a great service!! Thank you Pawp!

The vet was kind, helpful smd clearly knew what she was talking about. I have a wild cat who got bit and the wound won't heal. I told her what I had been doing anf she recommended a safer temporary alternative and assured me they were there 24/7 so I can contact her anytime with a current picture of his wound as the one I had wad from a couple days ago and I had been cleaning it.
