Pawshake is an easy-to-use platform that makes the choice of a petsitter easy and relaxed. I’ve used it multiple times throughout the years and their system of reviews is reliable. I’ve noticed a better interface during the past year. Payments are easy to make. I would definitively recommend

Ana Paula was very caring for my cats. Her communication was great and she took time to sit with them too. Both ended up in her lap and looked really well taken care off.

This is an experience as a sitter. Profile was never published, i had to contact them after 4 weeks. Answer was that they where very busy, profile was published in 30 minutes (not so busy at that moment. Than I changed my profile picture (their request), was taken offline and was not published after 4 weeks. Contacted them, they said they where very busy. But said they had send an email, must be in my spam. No such email. Than they said i had to upload extra pictures. Sorry guys, make up your mind, i am to busy to keep making changes and chase you up, i will go somewhere else

Hi Johannes, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. At Pawshake, we maintain high standards for our sitter profiles, and each one is carefully reviewed within five business days. If your profile hasn’t been published and you haven’t received feedback on how to improve it, please ensure that Pawshake emails are enabled in your inbox settings. We always send an email outlining any required changes and instructions for resubmission. At this stage, I’m unable to match your name or the details provided with any previous customer service contact. If you could kindly reach out to our team through the Help Centre, we’d be very happy to look into this further and assist you directly. Kind regards, Jack Pawshake Support
