Tried 5 sitters. Had to wait for each one before contacting another. None of them bothered to block out their calendars. None available. Not really fit for purpose.

Hi Louise, Thanks for your review and honest feedback, and we're so sorry to see you had this experience. Your feedback really helps us to know where we need to work to improve and to encourage best practice amongst our pet sitters when it comes to updating their calendars. At this stage there is still some uncertainty with planning as a consequence of the spread of Omicron, which accounts for some calendars not being updated as frequently as they should be. We strive to make sure the matching process is as smooth as possible and will continue to work hard to improve this process for the future. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would like to try again or need any further assistance. Warm regards, Jack Pawshake Support

Zeer tevreden!

Pawshake is an easy website to navigate, has a great selection of pet sitters that we can communicate with through the platform. The mobile app is also handy to have as well. We are really happy to have found our new dog sitter through Pawshake!

We could not have been happier with Olivia who took care of our bird. We had recently moved to the area and knew noone so we relied on the internet to find a service we could rely on not knowing what to expect! We need to look no further! Olivia was prompt, professional and clearly great at what she does. We appreciated the photo updates and her regular communication with us and felt assured the moment we met her. We highly recommend her and Pawshake!!Thank you

Whoever thought of giving these services has a big heart like me when it comes to pets. I am just glad I could leave my dog with them for babysitting whenever I need to go out of the country for a couple of days.
