A time clock system that works on rounding and not exact accuracy seems like a scam to me when this should be easy to program at this point.

I am employed by LCCC. I hold two different positions payed by two different entities. My time sheet for my part-time position always shows my time off requested. It shouldn't. The time off requested is for my full-time postion. Both managers cannot see the end results. They should be seperate and their not. I have two different managers.

Hard to navigate, and when I need to do something, i'm unable to do it because of the week prior was it incorrect And it would not correct it. Very frustrating.

Paycom sucks not user friendly. Keeps changing shit Ernst works and replacing it with shit that glitches. This company does NOT know what they are doing! Interface is not good and they just keep slapping it together. Yet alone the time clock system that is crap

The absolute worst thing to ever exist. This software has so many glitches, makes more errors than an actual human being. Records data backwards or not at all. So frustrating. How are you still in business. All the reviews from your employees agrees. How embarrassing.

too many notification emails I don't have any interest in receiving 2 emails per day asking me to approve my check before I've even finished working the pay period. I might be able to adjust the notification email settings to stop this if they were labeled more clearly so I would know which one to turn off. Also, emailing me to approve my check when I'm not at work is a waste of resources. It's my weekend. I'm not checking work emails.
