First time purchasing eyewear online. Frames exactly as shown. Prescription and added protection perfect. Had a problem with one of the screws holdig the ear piece (stripped) tried to get replaced at vision centers, didn't carry. Called and found that I could get replacment frames and ordered them. Customer service rep was awesome. will order next pair from Payne.

My daughter's glasses still haven't shipped yet, and I paid almost 25 dollars for express shipping to get them before school started. It has been very disappointing to my daughters that I keep telling them they still haven't even been shipped. 🙁 8/14 Recieved the glasses today. And we were disappointed with the wait but we were definitely not disappointed in the product. My girls absolutely love their glasses. They are very nice and look so cute. Thank you for affordable quality glasses.

I did not receive the 40% off as stated on web site for the BYGO 40% accessories when placing my order. The site stated no coupon was needed. This was very upsetting.

Navigating the online order was impossible until a human being guided me. He was great. Someone might think about making the ordering process more user friendly. I have always been happy with the products I received.
