Your customer service reps (Blossom and Connie) were very helpful in resolving an issue with an order of Charlie Oversized frames. They both responded very quickly to my multiple emails. The frame was just too large for my face size despite using your try-on app. I’ve ordered a different set of eyeglasses using the 50% credit. Overall, you provide great products at very reasonable prices.

I'm retired and no longer have vision care insurance. But I'm still nearsighted :-(. The glasses I got from Payne were VERY affordable. And they were beautiful and perfect; no problems whatsoever. Also - some other online opticians were not able to make my prescription because it is very strong. Payne had no problem with it. I'll be ordering again soon!
