Customer service is outstanding - quick to respond and helpful. My first order was not as I had expected - it was my fault in not being attentivie in my order - not the fault of Payne. Still, Payne offered me a 50% discount on another order and processed the discount even after I had submitted the second order. Prices are great, customer service is great so I will continue to use them.
