So easy to order and the prescription is done perfectly. I can see better with my payne glasses and sunglasses than the ones I got from my eye doctor. Soooo much cheaper!

Getting a prescription that lands right — with clear vision and an easy process — that makes a real difference. Good to hear it’s been working this well.

Have ordered many glasses from Payne they are always pristine for sight and I love to be able to order only distance the prices are amazing, since I can no longer wear contacts it gives me the ability to order several pair. They are quick to ship too great company out of Pittsburgh.

Moving from contacts to relying on glasses — and being able to build out multiple pairs that work — that’s a meaningful shift. Good to hear it’s been holding up like this.

Love all the different styles that have.

Having a range of styles to choose from makes it easier to find the right look. Thanks for calling that out.

You make it near impossible to "save more than one style" for choosing between this or that frame. (or ... it is my misunderstanding) . The result is when trying to decide between pairs I have to remember which kind I like better then start all over. When on the page to verify prescription before "ORDER" the axis number did not show as 051 but rather 51, without the preceding zero. Sooooo, I thought "OMG wrong number!!) I went back, but then, I thought "too late" I hit some "cancel" button but, I do not know what it did. Then, there was nothing in my cart, then, I went through the whole thing again. To this minute I do not if I ordered or canceled. BUT I guess the ability to exchange within 30 days eliminates the risk. But I have a lot of problems with the interface not returning to where jumped out. I THINK that it will be a good fair deal on the spectacles. I'll know when (if?) they arrive and I'll learn if my Clearview anti-glare actually helps at all with night time driving. I vacillated between Transition brand photochromatics and Clr2Dark brand. I used to work for Corning before they sold 'transitions' and I have a bias. I am excited to get new glasses and hope they help at least a little for night driving. ALSO - the way I read the descriptions,Transitions darken slightly in the car at night. The Clr2Dark does not react as much (or at all) behind a windshield - which is more useful for driving at night but not in the day during the brightest sunshine. (Clip-on time?)

That sounds frustrating — especially having to restart and not being sure where things landed. We’ll take a look and make sure everything came through as expected. On the lens side, you’re right — Transitions XTRActive is the option that darkens behind the windshield, which is why it performs differently. And for comparing frames, you can save styles as you browse (using the heart icon) so you don’t have to start over each time. Appreciate you taking the time to walk through this.

I just received my glasses and I love them. I have a strong prescription and I got high index lenses with no line bifocals and blue light blockers and they were half the cost I paid with insurance at the optical store without the extra stuff. They are lighter weight and I see better with them. I will definitely order more when I’m ready. They are just great. Thanks for being such a fantastic company.

Best progressive glasses. I saved 75% off my frames and lenses. Usually spen $1000 per pair and was able to get a super pair for $200! I am enjoying the fine glasses. I highly recommend them.

Strong performance with progressives at that kind of value — that’s a big difference.

Materials, speed, style, and price all coming together — that’s a strong setup, especially four pairs in.

I had to return my glasses not realizing I screwed up the input of the prescription. Payne Glasses took them back, confirmed the right prescription and sent me a new pair! Couldn't ask for more. Thank you for the great service. I love my new glasses.

Taking something that didn’t start out right and getting it dialed in — that’s where real support shows up. Appreciate you calling that out.
