scammed like no other- said the face machine was 1000 and they HAD to use my debit card. Well i went into affirm and it has me giving them 100 bucks a month for 3 years for a total of $3800. Talk abut rip off. ANd the other products, I told them I already have products at home that work. ANd your boy said your melasma gonna keep coming back. tried to force me into buying minerals for my face for 700 dollars. RIght now IM tryiing to get my money refunded. Have not used any of their products.

Worst experience ever. Store was closed when I got there. So my esthetician and I were standing outside waiting. Dude to open it was late. With zero sense of urgency. Didn’t apologize. All after texting and calling me no less than 8 times to be sure I arrived 15 minutes early. My esthetician T was great. Although her first time at this shop so she had to learn where everything was well into my apt time. The dude “Joseph” I think, was rude and discourteous and because I didn’t want anything more than my booked facial while he tries to upsale me, told me my hour session “was over” (in 30 mins) and said to get dressed and be done. Because, and I quote, “you’re not in the right frame of mind for this”. Yep. You’re right. Because of you. Still got charged for full session. And the only sense of urgency he ever showed was when I went to give the gal a cash tip. He jumped up and said I couldn’t give her my phone number. Dude! Was giving her cash so she actually got the tip. Also asked if I wanted to pay cash or card. I said cash so he didn’t have my CC, then he says he doesn’t have change because “most people” pay with a CC. Customer service or appreciation was not in his repertoire. I work in a service industry so I do know what it’s supposed to look like. I feel bad for T as she had a couple more appointments for the day. Won’t go back and will also notify their head office.

Strolling at home through French Quarter, when a sales lady stepped onto the sidewalk, handed me a packet and proceeded to try and apply something from a jar onto my face. I adamantly said NO with my chest voice 3x and this biotch wasn't stopping. I had to smack her hand away from my face. Stay AWAY from this shop. They will attempt to assault you to make a sale.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Pearl de Floré store in Jewel Changi Airport. The sales representative repeatedly commented on the appearance of my skin to pressure me into buying a product. When I declined, her attitude changed and she became visibly annoyed, eventually telling me that if I “didn’t want to do anything about my skin,” there was nothing she could do for me. Using someone’s appearance and insecurities to pressure them into a purchase is completely inappropriate. I walked away feeling uncomfortable and self-conscious. Customers should be able to decline a product without being shamed or insulted for it. I would strongly caution others about the aggressive sales approach I experienced at this location.

Stay away. Shady salespeople selling overpriced product. Do your research. Scam artists. Ran into them in New Orleans. Beware.

Extremely high pressure sales tactics in Cancun airport. Lots of bait and switch and double talk. Sales people will corner you in the back of the store and block your exit. They tell you you are only paying the 16% taxes (of which if you are a US resident you will be 9% back - which is true but they make you think that you are getting over half of the taxes back but in fact, it is only 9% of the 16%) and the product is “free” however then your card is charged for literally thousands of dollars and they rush you through the signing of the receipt so you don’t notice what you are being charged. Additionally, they do not offer any refunds, which is on the receipt, but is never mentioned in the sales pitch and they hurry you through the signing. First the have you sign in pesos and with Spanish then in dollars and in English. Awful awful company, do not recommend and PLEASE AVOID GOING INTO THEIR STORES - they WILL SCAM you!!

This product is nothing but snake oil. They lure you in with free samples and a demonstration that shows instant results but I believe they’ve layered an extra ingredient on top to dry your skin and cause immediate tightening of the eye area because using at home has not produced the same effect. The ingredients only show shea butter, vitamin E, and vitamin A, as special ingredients that would stand out but every other product at the drug store has these for affordable prices. There is nothing that would justify the $995 price shown on their website, so I’m sure the only purpose of that website is to show you how great a “deal” they are giving you when in store, pressuring you to buy right away. I can’t believe I feel for it, but it’s a massive waste of money and spare weight in my suitcase. And of course they avoid telling you pre-purchase that all sales are final and they won’t give refunds. A quality product would have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but not here because they know every sale made would be returned shortly after the buyer realized the trick they’ve just fallen for.

I ordered the eye serum in November 2025. It still hasn’t arrived and Pearl de Flore won’t answer my emails.
