Perfect Wallet Card
Their customer service was great when I had an issue (that wasn't even their fault; I used a fake website) and they helped me get the real Pebblebes! We used them on our international trip and they worked just as expected.

Everything is clear
Everything is clear on their website. You know what you get. Products (tag and card) are very easy to use.

product didn't work as advertised for safety tracking
product didn't work, wouldnt show my family my location as advertised, wanted for security and safety and feel fooled ... finally got my refund...

We'd like to share a little more about how Pebblebee works, as there may have been some confusion about its capabilities. Pebblebee devices are designed to help you find your belongings using Apple Find My or Google Find Hub. They use Bluetooth to communicate with nearby phones participating in these networks, which can securely and anonymously update your Pebblebee's location, even when you're far away. However, location updates depend on other participating phones being nearby, so they aren't always immediate or continuous. When you first reached out, our support team was happy to help troubleshoot and explore what might have been happening. We also understood your preference to return the devices and were happy to help you with that process. Regarding your refund, we hadn't yet received your returned package, and without shipping tracking information, we weren't able to check its whereabouts. However, we understood your concerns and made an exception to process your refund without waiting for the package to arrive. We're sorry Pebblebee wasn't the right fit for your needs, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify your experience. Pebblebee Clip
I bought two Pebblebee clips for my keys and my glasses case. Im very impressed; they are rechargeable well made and robust construction. There is QR code on them to help you reunite with your item. Best of all they're loud and have a flashing light on them to make it easy to find them. A weakness is the design of the ring carabiner; it would be very easy for it to come open and your Pebblebee Clip be lost so I use a fixed split ring or a locking cable split ring on mine. Easy sey up . Love that its USBC rechargeable. Works with Android or apple. Pebblebee app is good too. So impressed I bought two more.
