Janel P, was very helpful. I was worried cause I had ordered a card and some pics, two different orders and today I find out that they're being transferred to another facility. And it sucks cause they won't get their stuff for their birthday but at least it's put on pause until they arrive at their next facility. So I'm glad. Thank you Janel for all your help, it's greatly appreciated!!

There was a mix-up with my Loved One's pictures because the facility changed the number of pictures the AICs could receive at once. Pelipost not only resent them in the right amount, but they also credited my account for my time.
