Pell SoftwareReviews of pellsoftware.com

Such a pleasure working with Pell on our sync project tying together our ERP to our EHS portal - they are attentive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will use them on any similar projects in the future - highly recommend!

Pell Software has developed multiple custom solutions tailored to our specific and complex processes, which have significantly improved efficiency in our call center and, ultimately, for our customers. It was evident the Pell team took time to thoroughly understand our use case. As we approached the end of our project, Brandon made suggestions to further enhance performance while being mindful of how changes would impact our processes. Additionally, their response time to issues or inquiries has been outstanding. The team is quick to investigate and resolve reported issues, effectively eliminating or minimizing downtime.

Pell Software developed a brilliant and cost-effective solution to a complex website integration issue for the non-profit organization for which I work. The Pell team was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for very thoughtfully developed, bespoke web integration at a reasonable price.

Working with the PELL team has been an exceptional experience. They consistently made themselves available for meetings, ensuring a thorough understanding of their work. They had great communication via email. PELL's completion of our first project was crucial in effortlessly transferring large amounts of data between software programs, greatly streamlining our operations.

Martin from Pellsoftware quickly responded and even faster to complete the task that was requested! 5 star!

We have been working with Pell for over a year now upgrading a mission critical legacy software program. Martin and his team are fantastic. The programmers assigned to our project are very knowledgeable and quick to turn out work. All the team members are great communicators and easy to work with. They understand when we have issues, it disrupts our business, and they are very responsive when we need fixes. We expect to continue to upgrade and add to this software, and we plan to stick with Pell to do that. We highly recommend them.

Worked with two different members of the team on high priority sync project - they were super knowledgeable and knocked it out extremely efficiently bringing a depth of knowledge of our ERP and available fields we weren't even aware could be sent over to the new product we were linking up to - we have continued to brainstorm with them on this and are looking forward to using them on future products as well. They check in and are always available if we ever need any small changes or troubleshooting anything that was not accounted for initially - 10 out of 10!

Pell Software has stepped up to accommodate, and hire for, our needs as a client. We were looking for custom software development, and continued support for our in-house CMS solution and Pell was up for the challenge. We needed a team that was stateside, scaleable, and easy to communicate with. Over the past two years, Pell has been able to meet our needs and expectations. Their team of developers has the ability to act as a lead, OR as a team to solve our ongoing maintenance and project work. They have the knowledge and resources to complete any task we have assigned to them. Would recommend getting in contact with them for your project.
