Pell SoftwareReviews of pellsoftware.com

I engaged Martin and his team to take on an urgent, high-visibility project that involved our largest customer. They worked through the weekend and delivered early. Some things that stood out about the Pell team - extremely responsive (I was emailing Martin back and forth late into the night to align at the start of the project), professional, flexible. We don't have any programming expertise in house, but Martin spoke on our level to ensure all parties were aligned. Martin was happy to represent us as our technical resource in conversations with our customer in a professional and appropriate manner. I would 1000% recommend Pell Software and we're already working with them on our next project.

I engaged Pell SW to take over a development effort with a lot of moving parts from another firm that wasn't going as smoothly as it could. They listened, asked very good/pointed questions, looked through the existing code, and provided a comprehensive SOW. Once the SOW was executed, they worked very closely with me on the development and communication was outstanding! We just launched the new release into Production last night and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Pell SW for any of you custom development needs.

I have had the pleasure of working both with Marty and Chris on a WP project for my company. Few qualities that stood out right away during our first call: Attention to detail, flexibility, solution-oriented, transparency, organization, and deep technical knowledge. They were extremely patient with delays on our end and with an influx of last minute changes and continued to accommodate our timings. They even worked during their time off to hit one of our deadlines - really appreciated that! Overall, I would highly recommend them and would gladly work with them again!

Martin and Chris are knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive. They adapt to a new environment quickly, and they no how to get things done. Highly Recommended!

Marty and Team have been helping us develop a custom order system with many complex moving parts. His communication is excellent. He has great ideas and does everything he can to turn our visions into reality. Our experience has been great and we would recommend Marty to anyone.

I have been working with Martin for I believe almost 10 years now. I can honestly say that in that time, I do not believe I have had one complaint. Responds quickly, extremely knowledgable, always professional and works with the client to get the best end result. I really cannot say enough. I had to use another company for an eCommerce project and was extremely excited when I was able to bring Pell Softward in for my eCommerce work. I know the project will always be completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Martin has always been great to work with. Responds quickly, easy to understand and gets it the first time. We needed a tool to create custom packing slips using sales data from Bigcommerce and bundle information from Quickbooks Online. The tool has been in use for many months with great success. Highly recommended!

We came across Martin while searching for a developer to help with a custom API integration with BigCommerce. The documentation of the service we were connecting was a challenge, being vague, ambiguous, limited and incomplete. The project required critical thinking from both a code and business perspective, and most of all, a high degree of communication between us. Martin exceeded my expectations at every point. He had a talent for asking the right questions as he embarked on and throughout the project. Martin's knowledge, expertise, and communication helped to further our relationship with the service we were connecting. We were incredibly lucky to have found Martin and Pell Software and continue to leverage Martin and team for all of our more complicated projects. Having managed a variety of technical functions from networking to development at a company in the top 5 of the Fortune 500, I have a high bar for what we deliver to customers. Having found someone that delivers results, is reliable, consistent and great at communicating has been such a relief. You can rely on Martin and team to be perform high quality work in a timely manner for large projects or even a last minute small ask. Having a partnership with Martin and Pell Software has enabled our company do to much more with less.
