Dear Michael, Thank you for your time on this review. We are aware of the delay, very late in shipping. Our organization is small, as are our producers. Unfortunately or fortunately we received many orders, more than the Christmas period, and they put us in difficulty. To always offer a "fresh" product, our warehouse is adjusted to seasonality. This is because the production of our partners is not industrial but artisanal, so even the suppliers of the packaging material sent us products that are not compliant and everything is slowed down. I’m sure you enjoyed our products. A greeting from Italy Marcello

Think twice before making an order with this company!!!!! Made an order on the 1st May and the order still has not arrived. When i finally for a response from the company after weeks of asking they told me it will be on the way when clearly it wasnt, no tracking code, no specifics, no apologies...over last 3 weeks i've messaged multiple times with no contact back so i assume they have simply taken my money. if anyone from the company read this, please get in touch asap.

We are aware that we are late, very late in your shipment, but we are processing all orders. I don’t want to write the apology book, just the truth. Our organization is small, as are our producers. Unfortunately or fortunately we received many orders, more than the Christmas period, and they put us in difficulty. This is because the production of our partners is not industrial but artisanal, then even the suppliers of the packaging material have sent us products that do not conform and everything has slowed down. We have always responded to your messages, emails, Whatsapp etc, We have always stayed in touch with you! Today make this review when you know that your shipment has started and you also have a tracking number. We consider your review a bit controversial and defamatory.

**update** Marcello very quickly reached out to me personally and offered his apologies and explained a few things. To be fair, products are authentic and aren't mass produced, which is ultimately the beauty of the produce, although I am disappointed with the timing, I'm happy with the timely response and looking forward to receiving the order. Currently waiting FOUR weeks for an order with 'express' delivery. It was to be a birthday gift, the birthday has come and gone now. I emailed after 10 days and was told that my order was ready but just waiting on one item to return in to stock (an item which is not marked out of stock on the website). I have since emailed three more times, twice looking for an estimated timeframe and then requesting a refund be processed, I have not received a reply to any of these emails and have received a refund either. I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service and minimal communication. If I had have been forewarned that the order would take this long I would not have made the purchase. I have no doubt that the products are beautiful, which further adds to the disappointment because they would have been so well received, it was to be the perfect gift for my husband.

We are providing to facilitate the delay of the departure of your order from Italy to Ireland. As always, the attention to our customers is as high as the quality of our products. We will arrive in time for your husband’s birthday.

Sehr schade! Wirklich! Ich bin traurig und enttäuscht.

Dear customer, treating handicrafts and high-end products, sometimes delays can occur, in your case our craftsman had health problems and the ceramic glasses you ordered have suffered a slowdown, as you have been informed away and-mail from our support service. Now, fortunately, your package is coming soon. I’m sure you’ll be able to re-evaluate PepeGusto when the package arrives.
