The PerfectForms solution is by far the most intuitive and flexible BPM application on the market today. The application has enabled the automation of over 25 processes and counting. It seems like every other day my team is approached to automate another process! No matter how superior the product, everyone needs support every now and then and the PerfectForms Support Team has been there for me each and every time I needed them.

After using Perfectforms to carry out a national survey we developed a number of forms to support HR and Finance functions: HR - Staff holidays, Staff expenses, Absence recording, etc. Finance - Invoice approval (original invoice attached to form), Request to raise a sales invoice, Purchase Order request, Request for payment, etc. A side benefit has been a massive reduction in retaining paper copies of documents and the ease in finding previous forms using the report features. Monthly finance returns (balance sheet and profit & loss) from 60 subsidiaries. Self-taught using the excellent training videos. Useful forum for application ideas. Excellent US customer support (we are in the UK). An excellent programme that I thoroughly recommend - end-user needs a little bit of programming knowledge and a good logic mind.

I had explored many options for workflow management, but did not want to get burdened down with the expense and complexity of having to implement a large package Perfectforms' On Demand was the perfect solution for me. They take over the responsibilities of day to day operation of hardware and software. We have been using Perfectforms for years now. We started with some simple forms for time off and attendance and expanded to extremely complex forms. Perfectforms is very easy to use right out of the box. Online training is very good and the personal training was exceptional.

Been using Perfect Forms differently than just Forms, We've been using it as a manufacturing tool that helps our production dept log in and see how to build a job from start to finish. Perfect Forms allowed me to create work instructions with pictures and directions with ease, also was able to give me reports on how each job was doing. Creating custom pages and forms was essential for us, able to make it look like our logo templates was key. Great software, professional human and online tutorial support team, and easy online resource to deal with.

I looked at several different web form software before purchasing Perfectforms, and your product outshines the others by far. I think you have done a great job with the interface, tools, and capabilities. My company has also contracted with your company to design and build a number of complex custom forms and we have no complaints from anybody that has used them. My only wish is that the training and or help manual on creating my own forms was better.

I spent several weeks reviewing forms products, signed up and tried 5 or 6 but settled on PerfectForms as the most comprehensive, mature and well thought through. With 6 months use of the on-demand version I have been impressed by the robust, comprehensive application development experience provided by PerfectForms. We are now installing the on-premise version where we will transition from web service connection to a database into direct SQL connections. The only negative points are a) very rarely the Flash player has broken and my work has been lost and b) the name "PerfectForms" does not fairly represent the scope of this lovely product. For building slick, efficient user interfaces through to complex, enterprise database applications, PerfectForms has been just great. This is not just a forms generation product - it offers so much more. In addition to having a great product on the rare occasions that support has been required, it has been quick and comprehensive.

Requests that normally took days, are now approved and moved along their route in record time. Requests are entered and submitted by the user rather than being manually enter by another staff person, sometimes creating a bottleneck at high volume times. Also, we like the idea that we can create new forms or tweak current forms in-house, saving us time and money. Customer Support for this product has been superior. This product is a must have for the 21st Century business!

We have utilized PerfectForms to a great extent in our organization. From using it for Help Desk requests, absence requests, surveys and voting, it has always worked great and been very easy to use.
